Document Screening
After submitting your documents, there is a review period of 1 to 2 weeks. The hiring manager will inform you of the results. Depending on the position applied for, there may be an assignment included.
1st Interview with Director
The interview is an opportunity to verify the competencies for the applied position, conducted with the director and respective functional leads. It takes about 1 hour.
2nd Interview with Team
The second interview is conducted to assess the fit with the organization, involving practitioners from related fields of the applied position. It also takes about 1 hour.
Compensation Negotiation
This is the final stage. Compensation negotiations are conducted with successful candidates, and the start date is also coordinated simultaneously.
