당사는 2024년 07월 23일 주주총회의 결의로 서울특별시 관악구 보라매로3길 23(봉천동, 대교타워) 주식회사 대교와 합병하고 당사는 해산하되, 당사의 권리와 의무는 (주)대교가 승계하기로 하였는바, 이 합병에 이의가 있는 채권자는 2024년 08월 12일부터 2024년 09월 20일까지 본 회사에 서면으로 이의를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 또한 본 합병에 수반하여 (주)대교의 신주 발행은 없음을 알려 드리며, 당사의 주권을 소지하고 있는 주주 및 질권자께서는 동 기간 내에 본 회사에 주권을 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
합병기일 변경 공고
당사는 주식회사 대교와 합병계약을 체결하고 2024년 10월 1일을 합병기일로 정한바 있으나, 합병계약서 제6조에 따라 양사 합의 하에 합병기일을 2024년 11월 8일로 변경하기로 하였는바, 이 사실을 공고합니다.
